Recognizing the special needs of small and medium enterprises that operate in Serbia, NAV Express solution has been created as successfully adapted and upgraded part of global ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The idea was:
- shorten the period of implementation,
- reduce the level of investment,
- do whatever is necessary for most small businesses operating in Serbia only once (so we are greatly lowering costs)
- Amend the standard NAV with local modules, in accordance with the needs of the target group,
- Establish, train and certify a network of local partners, who will deal with the implementation and maintenance of this kind of concept solutions, conceive packages, options for upgrade and switching to the standard Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Thanks to fully clear and defined concept, our experience and multi-disciplinary knowledge, the first version was tested in early 2007. In parallel with the development proceeded the process of forming a partnership network, preparation of user manuals, materials for partners ... Such approach made possible for the NAV Express even in 2007 to become live on addresses of many users.
